Book your tickets for Passion Play
PARISHIONERS are invited to a world-famous play that is held every 10 years.
The Passion Play in Oberammeragau is next being held in the summer of 2010.
Crosby Churches Together is organising a trip to the play in Oberammergau and people need to book tickets in the next few weeks.
The play has been performed by villagers since the 17th Century, following their miraculous deliverance from the plague in 1633.
It follows the story of the Christ’s Passion starting with his entry into Jerusalem and ending with the Resurrection and Transfiguration.
